Why I want to be a JET Beauty: I am the daughter of two military veterans and grew up in Europe. Over the years, my stateside family members would send my parents mail every month and one of the publications they would receive was JET Magazine. I would always look forward to receiving the JETs so I could find the Beauty of the Week! The women were always so strong, intelligent and beautiful and I wanted to be just like them. I dreamed of one day being a similar role model for young girls just as the women had been for me. It would bring me great honor and would be an absolute privilege and a childhood dream to be featured.
